About the Study

This study aims to create a structured, multi-centre registry of children who have completed cancer treatment and are in complete remission, enabling long-term tracking and improved survivorship care across India.

Aim of the Study

To establish a multi‐centre (ultimate goal ‐ nationwide) registry of children completing treatment for childhood cancer and in complete remission in order to provide a systematic mechanism for providing a denominator for statistics related to childhood cancer survivors.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
  • Children (< 18years at diagnosis) having completed treatment for cancer and in complete remission.
  • Children treated at other centres with complete treatment summary may be enrolled at the discretion of the treating physician provided the patient is willing to participate in follow up at the recruiting centre.
  • Documentation of complete response before enrolment by most appropriate investigations.
  • The demographic and clinical details of patients should be preferably noted within 3 months of treatment completion in the proforma provided.
Exclusion Criteria
  • Patients / guardians not consenting for follow up at primary treating centre.
  • Patients with relapse or progressive disease.
