About the Study

This multicentric study aims to systematically collect and analyse data on pediatric low-grade gliomas (PLGGs) across India to better understand their epidemiology, treatment patterns, and clinical outcomes. The study will evaluate survival outcomes, quality of life, functional status treatment modalities and response to therapy.

Aim of the Study

To establish a multicentric national registry of pediatric low-grade gliomas in India in order to systematically evaluate their epidemiology, treatment patterns, and clinical outcomes, including survival, functional status, and quality of life.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
  • Patients aged less than 18 years of age .
  • who have a diagnosis of pLGG since Jan 1st 2017.
  • Diagnosis will be based on histological and /or radiological assessments within the participating institution, and routine external review of histopathological/radiological reports is not planned.
  • Prospective patients willing to give consent (Oral/Assent/LAR).
Exclusion Criteria
  • Patients with primary brain tumors with pathology other than pLGG are excluded.
